Whilst we are not meeting together then we will be ‘broadcasting’ services on Sundays, morning prayer and compline.

Sunday services will be broadcast ‘live’ on this page, our youtube channel and our facebook page.

You’ll be able to find morning prayer and compline on this page on the appropriate day.

The end of violence

Can we join the plot of a living actual story that ends in genuine racial harmony?

If you would like the opportunity to give and support the work of the church in Stroud then you can do so online here.

Join us for a chat

Join us for a chat on Sundays at 11 am after the real or online service. We’ll meet in our virtual vicarage; bring your own drink and biscuits. We’ll chat about what’s’ been going on this week as well as asking about today’s readings – ‘what does this say to us about what it is to be church?’ It is also a great way to meet people from other parts of the church in Stroud

Our online services during Advent are based on this service sheet that you can download and print at home.

Communion during this time

In these unprecedented times, we are working hard to find imaginative solutions in a landscape that has been rapidly changing. Sometimes we get things right, and sometimes we miss the mark. I apologise that this has been the case regarding communion.

For those of you who have received wafers in a parcel, we would ask that you either consume them, or put them somewhere safe to bring back once we are able to be together again.

We are going to be sending out a new order of service for use during this time as either a simple service of the word or, on occasion, to help us to share an Agape meal together.

Service Notice

We anticipate some issues with our service this morning as a significant data centre in London has been under repeated cyber attack during the last few days. This is where our website is hosted. There is no danger to you or your computer.

If you are struggling to watch the service on the website then you can head over to watch directly on Youtube or our Facebook page.

What happens when you click this button?

On a desktop computer

In order for this to work you will need a computer with at least a microphone and speakers. You do not have to have camera, but obviously it helps.

A new window opens and you are taken to one of our video conference rooms using Google Meet

You may need to grant permission to use your camera and microphone.

We will get a notification that someone wants to join the call and we’ll let you in.

On an iPhone or Android

Download the app Google Meet first. Open the app and give it the permissions it needs to access your camera and microphone.

Then come back and click the Ding Dong! button on this page.
