Holy Trinity Church Stroud is a beautiful, spacious Grade 11 listed Victorian Church at the top of town and the heart of the local community there. There are close ties with Stroud hospital, which is situated next door.

The fixed pews will seat approximately 230 people including in the mezzanine gallery. In addition there are
about 60 chairs available for flexible use. There is a reasonably sized open space beneath the gallery, suitable for small groups. The raised dais at the front and beautiful antique organ and piano make this church perfect for live music and other performance events and ceremonial occasions. In addition to being used for regular services it is the established performing venue for Stroud Symphony Orchestra as well as various choirs.

There are toilets, including an accessible one and the space is almost entirely accessible by arrangement.  The church has an audio system available if required. It also has a new flexible all-electric heating system. There is limited parking at the church, priority disabled access, but parking can often be found on one of the many nearby roads.

Communion during this time

In these unprecedented times, we are working hard to find imaginative solutions in a landscape that has been rapidly changing. Sometimes we get things right, and sometimes we miss the mark. I apologise that this has been the case regarding communion.

For those of you who have received wafers in a parcel, we would ask that you either consume them, or put them somewhere safe to bring back once we are able to be together again.

We are going to be sending out a new order of service for use during this time as either a simple service of the word or, on occasion, to help us to share an Agape meal together.
